⏱️ Current Wait Times
Assessment: 2-3 weeks
Fitting: 3-4 weeks after assessment
Repairs: 1-2 weeks
Children and urgent cases are prioritised.
Eligibility Criteria
- South African citizen or permanent resident
- Hearing loss confirmed by audiometry test
- Referral from doctor or clinic
How to Apply
- Get a referral from your clinic or doctor
- Book an appointment at your nearest service point
- Complete hearing assessment (allow 1 hour)
- Attend fitting appointment
- Return for follow-up after 2 weeks
