⏱️ Current Wait Times
Assessment: 1-2 weeks
Fitting: 2-3 weeks after assessment
Repairs: 3-5 working days
Emergency and children's cases are prioritised.
Eligibility Criteria
- South African citizen or permanent resident
- Medical need confirmed by doctor or therapist
- Referral from clinic or hospital
- Assessment by occupational therapist
How to Apply
- Visit your local clinic for a medical referral
- Complete the wheelchair application form
- Attend clinical assessment at nearest centre
- Fitting appointment (allow 2-3 hours)
- Collection and training session
